Product Descriptions
At Jewellect, we strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, due to the unique nature of our handcrafted jewelry and the natural origin of our crystals (unless otherwise stated for lab-grown alternatives), slight variations in color, size, design, and inclusions may occur. These differences are not considered defects but rather unique characteristics that add to the beauty and individuality of each piece. These natural imperfections serve as a reminder of the crystal's journey, symbolizing resilience and the beauty of uniqueness. They may also enhance the crystal's inherent energy, making each piece even more special for the wearer.
Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on our website are in Singapore Dollars [SGD] and include applicable taxes. Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be added at checkout. We accept payment through Shopify Pay (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), Paypal, etc.
Full payment must be received before your order is processed.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak periods or holidays, processing times may be longer. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer Standard and Express shipping within Singapore. Do note that overseas shipping is dependent on the courier.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. Custom orders are non-refundable. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at jewellect.co@gmail.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Custom Orders
For custom jewelry orders, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required. Production timelines for custom orders vary but generally take up to 2 weeks. We will work closely with you to approve the design before production begins. Once approved, custom orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
Repairs and Warranties
Jewellect offers a 1-year warranty on all items against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear. If you need a repair, please contact us with details of the issue, a clear picture of the damage and we will guide you through the repair process. Fees may apply for repairs not covered under warranty.
Care Instructions
To ensure the longevity of your Jewellect pieces, please follow these care instructions:
• Avoid exposing jewelry to water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals.
• Store your jewelry in a dry, cool place, preferably in the original packaging or a jewelry box.
• Clean with a soft, dry cloth to maintain the shine.
Intellectual Property
All designs, images, text, and branding on the Jewellect website and related platforms are the intellectual property of Jewellect. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is prohibited.
